1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By registering, accessing, or using the 12huat platform — whether via the website, Android mobile app, or iOS app — you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (Member) and 12huat (Platform). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with registration or use of the platform.

2 Member Eligibility

To register and use 12huat's services, you must fully meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Register under your own name and not on behalf of a third party.
• Not appearing on the gambling exclusion list of any recognised regulatory authority.

3 Account Registration & KYC Verification

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 12huat platform and may result in immediate account closure and reporting to the relevant authorities:

• Money laundering: Using the platform to conceal or transfer proceeds from illegal activities.
• Fraud: Use of stolen credit cards or payment methods, false identity information, or any form of financial fraud.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting the bonus system through multiple accounts or betting strategies designed to manipulate promotional terms.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Unauthorised software usage: Bots, automated scripts, or any third-party software designed to manipulate gameplay.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

12huat reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that these terms have been violated. In cases of account closure due to fraud or abuse, all balances and winnings in the account may be forfeited.
